Dragonball Z Movie 7 - Battle To The Limits: The Three Super Saiya-jins
Dr. Gero had a few more androids squirrled away in his lab, and when he died they were automatically released. Named Android #13, Android #14, and Android #15, these androids were similar to Android #16 in that they all were built with the sole purpose of destroying Goku.

Androids #14 and #15 attack Goku while he is having lunch at the mall. With the help of his friends, Goku evacuates all the innocent bystanders from the mall, then he and Trunks lead the androids away to some uninhabited glaciers where it is safe to fight. Android #13, Piccolo, and Vegeta all enter the battle at this point. Trunks destroys Android #14, and Vegeta defeats Android #15, but then things take a turn for the worse. The leftover parts from Androids #14 and #15 are pulled in to Android #13, who becomes incredibley powerful with his new components and thrashes everyone. Goku comes through with a Genki-dama, and Android #13 is defeated, permenately shutting down Dr. Gero's computer.
