Dragonball Z Movie 2 - The World's Strongest
Oolong and Gohan go looking for the dragonballs, so Oolong can wish for some panties. They find out someone else already used the dragonballs to ressurect an old lab. They go to the lab, find some androids, and are rescued by Piccolo. Three of the androids then defeat Piccolo.

Next the androids kidnap Bulma, causing Master Roshi to go after her and arrive at the lab. The lab belongs to Dr. Wheelo, a giant brain attached to some machines who informs Master Roshi that he wants to take over the body of the world's strongest man. He pits Master Roshi against the same three androids that defeated Piccolo, and Master Roshi is defeated.

Goku goes to the lab to rescue Bulma and Master Roshi. With the help of Kuririn and Gohan, he defeats the three androids. Then Dr. Wheelo, who is considering Goku now, pits Goku against a brainwashed Piccolo. Gohan is so upset he fires a shockwave at Dr. Wheelo which subsequently releases Piccolo from his brainwashing. Master Roshi, Kuririn, and Bulma manage to escape.

Upset to be losing, Dr. Wheelo unleashes the robotic body that he was keeping his brain in and goes on a rampage. He is quite powerful, but Goku blows him away.
