Dragonball Z Movie 11 - Super Fighter Shootout: I Will Win
Android #18 demands that Mr. Satan pay her the money he offered her to let him win the earthwide tournament. As they argue, a man shows up and says that Mr. Satan has to fight some bio-warriors as a test, otherwise he will tell the media that Mr. Satan used to wet his bed in 6th grade. Mr. Satan and Android #18 go to test the bio-warriors, and Goten and Trunks sneak along with them.

Goten, Trunks, and Android #18 beat all of the bio-warriors, but discover another more terrifying project taking place in the lab: the development of a clone of Brolly. They all blast the developing clone, but to no avail, and the clone wakes up. Trunks uses some chemicals to melt Brolly, but the chemicals get out of the lab and rush towards a city. Having discovered that water hardens these chemicals, Goten, Trunks, and Kuririn blast the sea to splash water all over the city, hardening the chemicals and saving everyone's lives.

Brolly, now larger from the additional chemicals, reforms out in the ocean, and is briefly menacing before he too hardens. Goten and Trunks blow apart the stiff clone, and there is some semblance of peace again. The cowardly cheapskate Mr. Satan swims home so that he doesn't have to pay Android #18 for rescuing him from the bio-warriors and Brolly.
