Zarbon

Zarbon is one of Freeza's two right hand men, a green skinned pretty boy that can transform into a powerful monster. He first appears during the Freeza saga on the planet Namek, and spends most of his time robbing helpless children and carrying Freeza's dragonballs. When he comes accross Vegeta, his skills are finally tested. He is unable to defeat Vegeta in his normal form, so Zarbon transforms into a beast to fight Vegeta and beats him badly, leaving him to die. When he returns to Freeza's ship, Freeza is outraged because Vegeta is the only one that knows where one of the dragonballs is hidden and charges Zarbon to go and get Vegeta, alive, or die himself.

Understandably upset, Zarbon returns to the battle site, drags Vegeta out of the water, brings him to Freeza's ship, and puts him into a rejuvanation chamber, hoping he will recover and reveal the dragonball's location before Freeza's wrath boils over. Vegeta does recover, but then he escapes and steals all of Freeza's dragonballs, making Freeza even more mad at Zarbon. He tells Zarbon not to come back without those dragonballs. Zarbon sets out after Vegeta and when he finds him, quickly realizes that Vegeta is much stronger than before. At Vegeta's goading, Zarbon transforms into his more powerful beast form but he is still out matched against Vegeta and Vegeta kills him.
