West Kaio

West Kaio is the god of the western galaxy and King Kaio's chief competitor in martial arts training. He makes his first appearance at the Dai Kaio's afterlife tournament following the Buu saga. He is a short squat being with a monocle and a bad attitude. His best student is Paiku-han, whom he considers the greatest fighter ever. At the afterlife tournament, when Goku and Paiku-han reach the final match, he makes a bet with King Kaio. If Goku wins, he will give King Kaio his planet but if Paiku-han wins, King Kaio becomes West Kaio's slave. Goku knocks Paiku-han out of the ring, but Dai Kaio disqualifies them both on a technicality, allowing West Kaio to keep his planet.
