Shenlon

Shenlon is the eternal dragon of earth. He is summoned whenever the dragonballs of earth are all brought together. Shenlon is able to grant one wish whenever he is summoned, and he cannot grant the same wish twice. His existence and power are both dependent on Kami, who created him and the dragonballs. Shenlon is first called in Dragonball by Pilaf and Oolong wishes for a pair of panties. Shenlon continues to appear throughout all three series. When Dende takes over as guardian of earth, he powers up earth's dragonballs, giving Shenlon the power to grant two wishes instead of just one and the ability to grant the same wish multiple times.
