Mr. Shuu

Mr. Shuu is a tutor who comes to teach Gohan at Chi-chi's request at the end of the Freeza saga. He is a cruel teacher, going so far as to strike Gohan with a whip when he is not performing well enough. Gohan takes this with little trouble until Mr. Shuu insults Goku, at which point Gohan takes his whip and breaks it. Mr. Shuu calls Chi-chi, then makes another insult to Goku which prompt Chi-chi to hurl him out the window.
