Gogeta

Gogeta is the natural fusion between Goku and Vegeta and probably the most powerful character in the series. He is first formed in Dragonball Z Movie #12 using the fusion dance. Since they aren't able to mimic each others' movements perfectly, the first Gogeta is very fat and they have to wait for that fusion to wear off before they can fuse again. This time they get it right and set off to take on Janenba. Gogeta defeats Janenba easily. From all the pictures I've ever seen, Gogeta never exists in a non-Super Saiya-jin form.

Gogeta makes his series appearance in the very end of Dragonball GT. Goku and Vegeta, both at Super Saiya-jin Level 4 are fighting Ii-Shenlon and losing, so they fuse together and power up to Super Saiya-jin Level 4 Gogeta, but even this ultra powerful warrior doesn't finish the fight. He is winning, but Ii-Shenlon is strong enough to survive until the fusion wears off and Gogeta reverts to Goku and Vegeta.
