Emma Daio

      Emma Daio (or King Yemma) is the god of earth's check in station. When someone dies on earth, they must appear before Emma Daio and he determines just what will be done with them in the afterlife. He first appears after Goku's death when Kami is begging that Goku be allowed to journey to King Kaio's and train. Emma Daio allows this to happen. It is said the he is the only person before Goku to even make all the way down Snake Way to receive King Kaio's special training.
