Dr. Briefs

Dr. Briefs is the father of Bulma and the owner of the enormous technological company the Capsule Corporation. He is a fairly absent minded sort of professor and is constantly accompanied by a strange little black cat named Scratch. Dr. Briefs is occasionally useful to the Z fighters by constructing technological marvels for them to use or rebuilding ones that they have, like their spaceships.
