Dai Kaio

Dai Kaio is the head Kaio, the ruler of the four regular Kaios. He lives on a giant planet of his own in the after life, and he is considered the greatest warrior ever. He looks a bit unorthodox, often dressed in jeans and toting a boom box blasting rock music, but his fighting is said to be terrifyingly beautiful. Dai Kaio's private fighting lessons are highly prized in the after life, but a fighter must train 10,000 years to gain Dai Kaio's attentions, normally.
After the Cell saga, Dai Kaio holds a tournament for all the fighters in the galaxy, promising a private lesson to whoever wins the tournament. As the tournament progresses, Dai Kaio reveals through some careful asides that he has lost his fighting skill from lack of training and he is worried that he won't be able to keep up with the winner in a training session, so he disqualifies both finalists on a technicality, but then changes heart and promises a lesson to each of them.
